BioLite

Bioroof’s Bio-Lite System is the lightest and least expensive green roof system in our lineup. This system allows the designer the opportunity to have a green roof system if structural loads are prohibitive while still employing some of the organic technologies Bioroof is famous for. With total system weight of just under 15 pounds per square foot the Bio-Lite System keeps a basic level of performance while still outperforming comparable green roof systems by other manufacturers. Plant choices are very limited with this system and irrigation is necessary in most circumstances.
